*Such reference is based on the sample tests carried out in our lab using pure beeswax without dyes and fragrance oils. It is recommended to do your own tests in order to identify the best wick to meet your personal needs.

HOW TO USE:

Step 1: Melt the wax - The beeswax should be melted at 71,1° - 93,3° C. Do not melt the wax above 93,3°C. In case of exposure to high temperatures for a prolonged time the wax tends to discolour.

Step 2: Add dyes and fragrance oils - once the wax is completely melted, add dyes and fragrance oils. Mix the wax all the time to ensure the complete absorption. Recommended percentage of fragrance oils: 6%. Recommended percentage of dye: 0,1 – 0,2%

Step 3: Prepare the beeswax – when the beeswax is completely melted, lower the temperature at about 50-60°C. This will reduce the risk of the wax braking down.

Step 4: Pour the wax into the mould – Make sure that the container you use is at room temperature or slightly warmer. Insert the chosen wick and pour the beeswax. Let it cool down till the complete solidification of the wax. N.B. If you pour your wax when it is too hot, it can create some internal caves or holes, that will deface the look of the candle. In this case, pour the wax for the second time.
